On Monday's Oprah, Jill Biden revealed on national television that Joe Biden was offered either the Vice-Presidency or Secretary of State. She was promptly hushed by her husband, while the audience, gasped and laughed.
Apparently, saying stupid things is not limited to the men in the Biden family.
