Question of the Day.

Question: Michael I wanted to know what you think about former Vice-President Cheney and President Obama both giving speeches regarding National Security on Thursday?

Answer: I think it will be great to hear about National Security from a leader who has an outspoken wife and two great daughters, who has served in the US Congress and in the executive branch. Cheney will definitely know what he's talking about. Thanks for your question.

Ode to a Fool.

Mike Huckabee, former governor of Arkansas wrote a poem about the first lady of tomfoolery, Nancy Pelosi. Here it is for your enjoyment.

Fancy Nancy by Mike Huckabee:

Here's a story about a lady named Nancy
A ruthless politician, but dressed very fancy
Very ambitious, she got herself elected Speaker
But as for keeping secrets, she proved quite a "leaker."

She flies on government planes coast to coast
And doesn't mind that our economy is toast
She makes the Air Force squire her in their military jets
There's room for her family, her staff, and even her pets.

Until now, she annoyed us, but her gaffes were mostly funny;
Even though it was painful to watch her waste our tax money.
But now her wacky comments are no laughing matter;
She's either unwilling to tell the truth, or she's mad as a hatter!

She sat in briefings and knew about enhanced interrogation;
But claims she wasn't there, and can't give an explanation.
She disparages the CIA and says they are a bunch of liars;
Even the press aren't buying it and they're stoking their fires.

I think Speaker Pelosi has done too much speaking;
And instead of her trashing our intelligence officials, it's her nose that needs tweaking.

If forced to believe whether the CIA and her colleagues in Congress are lying;
Or it's Speaker Pelosi whose credibility and career is dying.
I believe in the integrity of the men and women who sacrifice to keep us safe;
Not the woman who has been caught flat-footed, lying to our face.

I say it here and I say it rather clear-
It's time for Nancy Pelosi to resign and get out of here

Loose Lips Sink Ships.

Motor-mouthed moron, VP Joe Biden has revealed the location of the secret security bunker built to keep sitting Vice-Presidents safe in time national security incidents.

Apparently the secret bunker is located directly beneath the Naval Observatory which has been the home for Vice-Presidents since 1974.

I'd like to see Joe Biden removed from office. You never what this secret this man will reveal. Would our enemies have to waterboard or torture him for this info? Probably not, they would just need to ask him, "How's the weather" to start a casual conversation and this man would all of a sudden have verbal diarrhea.

PATHETIC! Read the full story here.

What a Great Story.

A woman in a hot air balloon realized she was lost. She lowered her altitude and spotted a man in a boat below. She shouted to him, "Excuse me, can you help me? I promised a friend I would meet him an hour ago, but I don't know where I am."
The man consulted his portable GPS and replied, "You're in a hot air balloon, approximately 30 feet above a ground elevation of 2,346 feet above sea level. You are at 31 degrees, 14.97 minutes north latitude and 100 degrees, 49.09 minutes west longitude.
"She rolled her eyes and said, "You must be a Republican."
"I am," replied the man. "How did you know?"
"Well," answered the balloonist, "everything you told me is technically correct. But I have no idea what to do with your information, and I'm still lost. Frankly, you've not been much help to me."
The man smiled and responded, "You must be an Obama Democrat."
"I am," replied the balloonist. "How did you know?"
"Well," said the man, "you don't know where you are or where you are going. You've risen to where you are due to a large quantity of hot air. You made a promise you have no idea how to keep, and you expect me to solve your problem. You're in exactly the same position you were in before we met, but, somehow, now it's my fault."

Question of the Day.

Question: Michael, although you are not a fan of Nancy Pelosi, the speaker of the House of Representatives, I know that you are a great fan of statemanship in politics. How then do you feel about the recent controversy surrounding Nancy and her disparate accounts of what she was told regarding CIA interrogation techniques, and do you think she should resign?

Answer: You are correct, I do not agree with Nancy Pelosi and her liberal agenda and I think based on the evidence, that she is lying about how much she was told regarding the use of waterboarding on terrorists. I believe she should admit the truth to the American people before the facts completely destroy her credibility. You are also correct that I am a firm believer in statesmanship in regards to politics and believe that even in moments of disgrace that Congressional leaders should be treated with respect and should behave in a manner befitting their positions. That being said, I do not believe Nancy Pelosi should resign as speaker of the House in this instance, because that would deprive me of the immense pleasure at seeing her dragged from her podium kicking and screaming. Thanks for your question.

Send in the Clown.

Watch this torturous press conference from Nancy Pelosi. She's changed her story so much I don't even think SHE buys the lies she's selling. The interesting part is when she starts taking questions and she realizes that whatever she says is now going to go under a microscope to compare with the facts. ENJOY the downfall of this stupid stupid woman.

Quote of the Day.

“Well, the trouble with our liberal friends is not that they’re ignorant; it’s just that they know so much that isn’t so.”

Caught With Their Hands in the Cookie Jar.

Since George W. Bush flew away in Marine One from the capital city on January 20, 2009, Democratic hacks,....er I mean leaders, have been itching for something that they could prosecute the Bush Administration for. They thought they found it in the "enhanced interrogation techniques" that have been flooding the airwaves over the past few weeks. But now that the CIA is releasing its own memos proving that these same two-faced hypocrites were privy ALL ALONG to these interrogation techniques, they are calling foul.
Dianne Feinstein the illustrious bouffant wearing moron senator from California is crying about being targeted. Well call the WAAAAAAMbulance why don't you. And then there is Dick Durbin the President's former Senate partner from Illinois, and don't forget Carl Levin who never met a Union official he didn't like. All three of these AND our mentally retarded Speaker of the House, Pelosi, were heavily involved in intelligence briefings where these enhanced techniques were discussed as potentially being used against terrorists.
I'll tell you what the problem is, the American people don't like elected officials who stick up more for criminals and terrorists than they do for Republicans and conservatives and the backlash is going to be immense come Election Day. I say, "good riddance to BAD rubbish"

Question of the Day.

Question: Michael what is your take on the recent Hate Crime Bill amendment proposed in the House of Representatives by Rep Steve King (R) Iowa, that was overwhelmingly voted down by Democrats in Congress?

Answer: First a little bit of background. The amendment you are referencing would have given veterans "protected class" status from those people that commit hate crimes against them. But, to be honest with you, the amendment is unnecessary because the only group in the USA today that actually hates veterans is...Democrats in Congress. Thanks for your question.

Quote of the Day.

On Sarah Palin as one of Time Magazine's 100 most influential people:

"The combination of Palin's attractiveness as a candidate and her ability to expose liberals made her a celebrity among Republicans. The only thing I have against her is that she threatens to surpass me in attracting the left's hatred."
--Ann Coulter
