Remember When?

Liberals mocked Bush? When they screamed for impeachment? Remember when they called him a war-criminal? Or when they protested his policies or Supreme Court nominees?

Well I have a message for liberals and it is in their own words...

DISSENT IS PATRIOTIC!

How you like us now libs?

  1. I like a person whether they're liberal, conservative, atheist, Christian, etc. because I don't lump people into one big fat cauldron of assumptions.

I may be a Socialist but I also don't believe in Affirmative Action in its current incarnation and I'm pro nuclear energy. I'm Pagan but I still think of my Catholic upbringing when I worship. I have a friend who is pro-Obama but just bought 3 new guns because he's afraid of not being able to.

So how 'bout we stop acting like the world is black & white?

Yes dissent is patriotic and may NO ONE ever have that right taken away, no matter who you are or what your political ideology is.

  2. But Sus, In my experience, the world would be a better place if everything would be black and white. When things get gray it opens it up to subjectiveness and all of a sudden people are playing favorites and certain people get away with lots and lots. When it is solely black and white, bad behavior is always punished and good behavior is rewarded.

  3. Well then have a chit-chat with your god Michael for he's the one who supposedly gave us free will!

I'm curious to understand what experiences you've had that have made you believe the world should be B&W for I've had the exact opposite. I am living proof that such an existence is NOT healthy. When one lives such an extreme life they not only close themselves off to ALL that the world has to offer but they close others off from having the joy of knowing you.

This world that you and I's god(s) created is an amazingly glorious mish-mash of caramels & burgundy's & aquamarines and when we allow ourselves to be open and receptive to that world it's truly awesome what we can learn about it and ourselves.
