Fairness Doctrine? It's not fair.

Listen to this audio recording. In it, Sean Hannity, conservative commentator blasts Michigan Senator Stabenow, for bringing up the idea of holding hearings about resurrecting The Fairness Doctrine. The goal of the Fairness Doctrine, which was killed under Ronald Reagan relates to silencing Conservative talk radio by forcing radio stations to also air liberal talk radio. Since no one listens to liberal talk radio, the loss in advertising dollars would force many conservative stations off the air, thereby killing conservative talk radio.
