A Heart at War

Recently on Facebook, someone posted an odious, profanity-laced tirade on my page. I agonized over whether to post this at all but decided that since I was attacked on a semi-public forum, that I MUST respond. The following has been edited for profanity:

I like Obama. He's a hell of a lot better than the old geezer and his wh*re who would have been running the show if he hadn't of won. We had eight f**king years of a republican in office and look where we're at now! We're in a ...war, economy is in the sh*t hole, and fear has been the ruling emotion in America. Obama is hella brave to pick up the pieces and try to make something of America again.

But you have a heart at war against Obama, and, I'm thinking, all those who are not strictly in line with your personal beliefs. You are creating and spreading negativity. Be careful with what you wish for.

This vile posting made my heart shudder at the palpable hate for Sarah Palin and at the accusation that, "...You have a heart that is at war with Obama..." My friend Kyle put it best when in response to this posting he said,

...And I am with you Michael, I don't have a heart at war with Obama. I don't dislike him because he is a Democrat. I don't dislike him because he is black. I don't hate him because he did drugs. I don't hate him because he is rich. I do not like him because of his politics. If he was my brother, id still fight his policies like I do Obama's. It is simple...

This FB poster is the one with a heart AND soul that is at war with Jesus Christ our Saviour. Remember, Obama's power and glory will fade to dust as Jesus' kingdom on earth rises in its immense glory! I will only ever answer to Christ Jesus!

Is it the End of Days?

You are going to want to read this. Apparently this has been going on behind the scenes for a little while and now it is official. President Obama in a historic (read never been done before) move will become the first US President to chair the UN Security Council. Now if you are a student of prophecy, you well know that the UN will be the institution that will govern the entire world during the Great Tribulation foreseen in the Bible. Obviously the Security Council is not the General Assembly but it is probably the most high-profile body within the United Nations. It is important to remember that the chairmanship of the Security Council rotates on a month-to-month basis but for the President of the US to sit as the chair for that month is UNPRECEDENTED! My Name in Lights.

Yesterday afternoon, I posted a response to a post on the liberal blog, "Democratic Diva". It was about Republican and conservative protestors at recent townhalls being accused of professionally organizing while the Dems were passing out professionally made signs with instructions on how to drown out the conservatives. My response was made into a post on that blog and you can click the link above if you're interested in reading the extremely crude way they decided to respond to me. For some reason, liberals always feel the need to respond with profanity. If you dare click over, you can see for yourself why a sensible quiet discussion is impossible in the USA today.

Question of the Day.

Question: Michael could you please shed some light on the feud between Fox News personality Glenn Beck and MSNBC's Keith Olbermann?

Answer: I would be glad to, so some introductions are in order. For those of you unfamiliar with Keith Olbermann, (and I expect that to be most of you, due to MSNBC's low ratings which can be represented by a modest show of hands), he is an ultra-liberal political pundit with his own dog and pony show. He uses his "bully pulpit" to bad mouth Bush, blast conservatives, and poke fun at Christians and religious people. Or in other words, a Democrat.
Glenn Beck is a conservative firebrand with his own show on FOX News Channel where he has been presenting a series about Obama's many "Czars" or high level White House advisors. Beck's most recent target was Van Jones who was Obama's Green Job Czar and with his resignation, the feud between the two TV personalities has reached fever pitch. Beck is asking his viewers to collect incriminating proof against two other Obama czars, so in kind, Olbermann has asked HIS viewers to dig up incriminating evidence as well. Once I began to dig I was able to find this tidbit:

Keith Olbermann learned about the danger of email the hard way. Once known for replying to the messages sent by fans, he got into hot water when several of the emails were posted publicly. "Rita's nice, but dumber than a suitcase of rocks," he wrote of fellow MSNBC reporter Rita Cosby. He also had a one-night stand with a fan, a thirtysomething Cuban woman with whom he'd corresponded for 18 months. Much to his embarrassment, she subsequently blogged about how unsatisfied she was with the encounter, and either was "given" or "stole" one of Keith's ties, depending on which party you ask.

Oh wait, my mistake! Keith was asking us to dig up dirt on Glenn Beck. Sorry, but thanks for your question.

Question of the Day. Late Edition

Question: Michael, what do you think about the Democrat's efforts to use Senator Kennedy's death as a political ploy to pass Universal Healthcare?

Answer: As a general rule, I'm against the politicization of such events, however, I am in favor of memorializing those who have served our country, whether they be Republican or Democrat. In this case, if the Democrats get their way and pass their monstrous Universal healthcare bill, I'm all for remembering Senator Kennedy in the bill by giving the end of life provision a name that relates to him. We could call it, "The Mary Jo Kopechne rider." Thanks for your question.

Question: Michael I have not seen too much reporting from CNN, or the major networks about Van Jones who holds a czar position in the Obama administration, but have just read on FOXNEWS.com AND on your blog, where he has resigned. What light can you shed on Mr. Van Jones?

Answer: Van Jones is a self-avowed communist and was recruited by the Obama administration to be the Green Jobs Czar. Jones' dubious work experience includes such things as calling Republicans A-holes, race-baiting, launching boycotts against his critics, and cracking down on those black community leaders who refused to politicize the classroom. As you may know, those chosen to fill czar positions serve at the pleasure of the President and do not have to go through Senate confirmation like those who are nominated for cabinet positions. A moot point in my opinion, as the one positive thing I CAN say about Van Jones is that he never evaded paying his taxes which would have disqualified him for a position in Obama's cabinet anyway. Question: Michael, I'm interested to know your opinion on the wave of violence by liberal supporters of President Obama at recent congressional town halls.

Answer: I'd like to start by giving some background. Conservatives and traditionalists come to these town halls expecting to be able to ask some reasonable questions of their Representatives in these unreasonable times. While Nancy Pelosi and her ilk are accusing these conservatives of organizing, the Democratic National Committee is printing professional signs and coaching Obama supporters on how to drown them out. In two notable cases, these Obama supporters have resorted to violence. In Tucson, AZ, a conservative receives an elbow to his eye from an Obama supporter while trying to ask a question, and in Valencia, CA, a man who stood up to ask a question there, had the tip of his pinkie bitten off by a left-wing zealot. While it is amazing that these tactics are allowed to stand in the party who believe you should; "Make cupcakes, not War", "Give Peace a Chance", "Envision World Peace," "Wear surgical gloves while handling the Koran" and "Always refer to Islam as the religion of peace.", it is really not that surprising. Because the only time that you will actually hear a Democrat decry violence is when someone shoots a terrorist, a criminal or an animal. Thanks for your question.

Lies, More Lies, and Damn Lies!

A victory for America! Van Jones, the self-avowed communist who was Obama's green job czar has resigned. Sadly instead of taking responsibility for the hate speech that emanated from his own lips in video after video, Jones blamed a "...smear campaing of lies and distortions."

This is more than a victory for conservatives, this is good for America! What has this taught us? Well, for starters that if we as conservatives, and traditionalists band together and speak in a unified voice and stand firm on our convictions, we can be heard and can affect change! If we had stood together years ago, we could have easily outnumbered that kooky atheist, Madelyn Murray O'Hair, and stopped her from taking prayer out of the public school.

Keep talking, Obama hears us now!

Question: Michael, I noticed that you haven't blogged about Senator Kennedy's death and funeral. What are your thoughts on this subject?

Answer: Ahhh, Senator Kennedy, the so-called "Lion of the Senate." I could go on and on about the murder he perpetrated on poor innocent Mary Jo Kopechne by stumbling away from his submerged car and out of Boston Harbor with a bottle of scotch in one hand and her pantyhose in the other, while she suffered for a full 1 and 1/2 hours before drowning. Or I could rhapsodize about the special treatment he received, which led to his getting off scot-free for said murder, simply because every judge and DA in Massachusetts were afraid to punish a Kennedy. I could wax poetic about his naked romp down the Kennedy's private beach in front of a gaggle of Kennedy children. Or, I could talk about how he drove his first wife and the mother of his children, Joan Kennedy, to alcohol and a life of despair. But instead I will follow a simple motto from a simpler time which says, "you should only speak good of the dead." Very well, "Senator Kennedy is dead. GOOD!" Thanks for your question.

Islam Hailed as "Great Religion" Republicans Branded as "Terrorists"

Mullah Obam...er I mean President Obama hailed Islam "The Religion of Peace" as a great religion that has brought much to the United States. WTHeck?? These words were spoken at a Ramadan (Islamic Holiday) dinner at the White House. Ramadan in case you're curious is a 22 day Islamic Prayer Holiday. Funny how Obama refused to celebrate the "National Day of Prayer" but instead celebrates a holiday for a religion that believes in launching bloody violent Jihad or Holy War against all non-believers.

In related news, Republicans, traditionalists and all those who disagree with the radical agenda of this radical President are branded, "Right-wing terrorists" I thought we weren't using the word terrorist anymore? Oh that's only for real terrorists who might get offended. For fellow Americans who protest governement healthcare and intervention, its okay. Please join me in prayer that our Lord and Savior will return to take us home soon!

This is the day that our illustrious Marxist President is going to do a nationwide speech to school children telling them "What President Obama wants from you!" If you have impressionable children in the public school and if your school plans on broadcasting this speech, I would recommend keeping your kids home and if not then please sit down and talk to them that this while this President should be respected for his office, his views are not ours.

Meet Hell and High Water.

The Obama administration is now no longer holding back. If you are a protestor that does not want Universal Health Care you are now a "Right-Wing Domestic Terrorist" They've stopped pulling punches and it is full on partisan battle. Apparently we the protestors are being whipped into a frenzy by "FOX News" I'm including a screen shot of the offending paragraph directly from the website. It is a little blurry but you should be able to read it a couple of paragraphs down.


A campaign against us "Right-Wing Terrorists" is being planned on 9/11 in memory of the 3000 who died in those attacks. What a way to politicize those hero's deaths. You may remember that Dems have forever accused the Bush Administration of using 9/11 for political gain.

It is final. Democrat politicians hate you if you don't agree with them. We are descending faster and faster into a communist state, right here in our own beloved country. Lord Jesus, come quickly!
